These images are derived from the world of I Am Alive (Ubisoft Shanghai, 2012), but not from the game.
As player, one is confined to certain areas, cannot pass through objects or walls, is bound by the possibilities of the playable character. In order to make these images I was given a free camera which could be moved to any point within the infinite three-dimensional space within which the finite game world resides. In this custom build of the game all non-playable characters had been removed, and with them any interaction between character and world beyond resting on solid horizontal surfaces.
